OUR PROCESS FOR CUSTOM PIECES
1) After you place your order you’ll get an email confirmation.
2) Respond to the order’s email confirmation with any graphics we need to build your custom piece.
3) Once we have your art we will assign the order to one of our designers. The designer on the case will produce a pattern layout sketch for your review and approval which we will send to you via email.
Standard orders inspect/pack/ship in 6-8 weeks.
