Refund policy

We want you to be confident with every MTM purchase.

If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it easy.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be in original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. A receipt or order number is required.

To start a return, contact us at orders@mtmsport.com.

Once approved, we will share the return instructions. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, and we recommend using a tracked service.

International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with returns.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’re happy to help.

We offer one free outbound shipment on your exchange (we cover the cost of sending the replacement).

You will only be responsible for shipping the original item back to us.

Contact orders@mtmsport.com and our team will arrange the exchange and confirm availability.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately and include photos.

We will review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Training oils or personal-care products
  • Gift cards
  • Final-sale or clearance items

(Where applicable, your statutory rights remain unaffected.)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
