Our Custom Order Process
- After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Reply to your order confirmation email with any logos, names, colours, references or graphics needed for your custom design.
- Once we receive your artwork and requirements, your order will be assigned to one of our designers.
- Your designer will create a digital design layout for your review and approval before production begins.
Production Time
Custom orders are made to order and usually ship within 3–4 weeks after your design has been approved.
